Knotting Mathematics and Art: Conference in Low Dimensional Topology and Mathematical Art

The conference starts with Nagle Lecture on Thursday, Nov. 1, 7:30-8:30PM at BSF100. The conference will continue until Sunday afternoon at EDU (TECO Room, 411, 415) and CPR 126.

Arriving By Air:

The nearest airport is
Tampa International Airport (TPA),
5507 W Spruce St, Tampa, FL 33607,

about 14 miles from the campus, 25 minutes drive (if you are lucky).
Many hotels near campus offer free shuttle service from TPA.
Participants are encouraged to ask about this service upon hotel reservation.
In most cases, however, the shuttle service has to be called upon arrival,
and waited upon  until it arrives (25 minutes if you are lucky).

which is more affordable (though it takes longer) than taxis,

The second nearest airport is
Saint Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport (PIE),
14700 Terminal Blvd # 221, Clearwater, FL 33762,
about 26 miles away. Although you will need to rent a car from PIE,
some discount airlines land there and not at TPA.
